A phone call, email or website inquiry concerning one of the 6 listed Yard Butler models is a request for confirmation, not an accepted order, reservation or charge. Do not send card or bank information by email.

Product price, freight and tax

Each exact product page shows its advertised product price. Actual destination freight and applicable tax are additional and must be shown on the written invoice before acceptance.

Availability and supply path

GCT does not claim local stock or authorized-dealer status on this website. GCT confirms a documented authorized source, current allocatable stock, destination eligibility, country of origin and warranty eligibility before issuing an invoice.

Invoice and acceptance

Only a later GCT written invoice can identify the complete product, quantity, destination, price, freight, tax, warranty, return treatment and acceptance method. The browser does not create an order or collect payment.

Warranty

The manufacturer's current formal U.S. limited warranty lists garden tools and accessories for the lifetime of the product while the original residential purchaser owns it. Structural hose-reel parts receive that same stated term, while listed reel consumables receive 180 days. Eligibility generally requires purchase from Yard Butler or an authorized U.S. seller, proof of purchase and compliance with the written exclusions. Normal wear, misuse, abuse, mishandling, negligence, alteration, theft, cosmetic damage including removable spot rust, commercial use and specified severe-weather damage are excluded by the current written warranty. The then-current manufacturer writing and the exact authorized supply path control; GCT does not independently enlarge the manufacturer warranty.

Returns

Only after written authorization; the supplier's published path includes a 10 percent restocking fee and customer-paid return freight. Manufacturer support authorization is required before a defect return or replacement path is promised. The exact return allocation is restated before invoice acceptance.

Yard Butler and its product names belong to their respective owner. These pages identify exact requested products and do not claim sponsorship or affiliation. Product visuals are original GCT visualizations unless a page explicitly identifies authorized manufacturer photography. Lifetime Products is a GCT-operated storefront, not a separate legal entity. The operator is Gulf Coast Technologies, LLC, Wiggins, Mississippi.
